Who Stands Out in My Mind for Women’s History Month?
Olga’s California Dream 100 is fortunate to have a dedicated staff of five outstanding women who play a significant role in our success. While each of these ladies is invaluable to our team, I would like to highlight Mirinda Davis, who truly embodies the qualities necessary to guide our efforts in more directions than we could have imagined.
Mirinda’s Leadership and Dedication
From the moment we arrive at Madera Speedway, Mirinda takes charge by reminding me and the rest of the team about our priorities for the day. After getting us on track, she seamlessly moves on to the projects she feels responsible for. Mirinda is always approachable, ready to answer questions from team members, and consistently offers fresh ideas that we have yet to explore.
Passion for the Sport
Her enthusiasm never wavers, beginning with our first meeting in January and lasting through the final teardown at Dream 7. Mirinda’s love for our sport is matched by her commitment to making every aspect she touches the best it can be. She gives her all to ensure our dream becomes a reality.
A Major Step Forward
Last November, Mirinda made a significant leap in her career by taking the podium at the Western Auto Racing Promoters Association (WARPA) conference. She delivered an outstanding presentation that showcased what Olga’s California Dream 100 weekend has to offer, impressing a record-setting audience of racetrack promoters and NASCAR STAR Kevin Harvick, owner of the CARS WEST TOUR.
Recognition and Potential
Her presentation was met with enthusiastic applause and positive recognition from prominent track promoters. I felt immense pride watching her carry herself with confidence throughout the weekend, meeting new people and building valuable connections. It became clear to me that Mirinda is ready for the next step in her journey. While I can’t predict exactly where her path will lead, I know she will be prepared for whatever comes her way.
Supporting Growth and Success
I will continue to look for opportunities that will help Mirinda grow and further ignite her passion. Olga Coply recognized Mirinda’s potential early on and encouraged me to do everything I could to help her reach her goals. Olga always had a keen eye for talent, and I found it difficult to say no to her guidance.
