SECTION 1 – GENERAL RULES

1.1 AMENDMENT OF THE RULES
Olga’s California Dream 100 reserves the right to add to, delete, supersede or modify any rules exhibits or drawings that Olga’s California Dream 100 deems necessary for the betterment and/or safety of racing. The Olga’s California Dream 100 rules may be amended at any time before or after an annual meeting of the administration, and subsequent publication in the Olga’s California Dream 100 rulebook. In addition, Olga’s California Dream 100 may issue amendments during the racing season in the form of serially numbered and dated technical bulletins, which shall be distributed to the licensed competitors and published in the next season’s rulebook. Participants shall be responsible for being aware of and complying with all such amendments issued in the form of technical bulletins.
1.2 COMPETITOR OBLIGATION
Every driver must inspect the Pit area, racing surface and the racetrack area to learn of any defects, obstructions, or anything in which, in the drivers opinion, is unsafe and the driver shall report the condition in writing to Olga’s California Dream 100 or to a track official. Any driver entering any racing event is considered to have inspected the track and determined that all the conditions are satisfactory. If the driver does not feel that the conditions are satisfactory, then the driver should not race. The driver further acknowledges that the driver and their crew are aware that auto racing involves risks and that by competing in an event the driver and crew assumes these risks with full awareness and knowledge.
1.3 FINALITY OF DECISIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE.
1.3.1 THE DECISIONS OF TRACK OFFICIALS, AT A OLGA’S CALIFORNIA DREAM 100 SANCTIONED RACING EVENT, INCLUDING THE INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION OF RULES AND THE SCORING OF POSITIONS, SHALL BE FINAL, BINDING AND NON-APPEALABLE,
1.3.2 ALL PARTICIPANTS AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING in an Olga’s California Dream 100 SANCTIONED RACING EVENT, AGREE THAT ALL DECISIONS OF Olga’s California Dream 100 OFFICIALS, OR TRACK OFFICIAL, REGARDING THE INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION OF THE Olga’s California Dream 100 RULES, AND SCORING OF POSITIONS SHALL BE NON-LITIGABLE. ALL PARTICIPANTS FURTHER COVENANT AND AGREE THAT THEY WILL NOT INITIATE ANY TYPE OF LEGAL ACTION AGAINST Olga’s California Dream 100, The hosting parties and facilities, OR an Olga’s California Dream 100 PROMOTER, TO CHALLENGE SUCH DECISIONS, TO SEEK MONETARY DAMAGES, TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE RELIEF OR TO SEEK ANY OTHER KIND OF LEGAL REMEDY, IF A PARTICIPANT PURSUES ANY SUCH LEGAL ACTION, WHICH VIOLATES THIS PROVISION, THEN THE PARTICIPANT EXPRESSLY AGREES TO REIMBURSE the above listed parties, FOR ALL OF ITS ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COST IN DEFENDING AGAINST SUCH LEGAL ACTION.
1.4 VIOLATION OF SPIRIT OR INTENT OF RULES- UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT
Any participant who defies or violates the spirit or intent of the Olga’s California Dream 100 rules shall be considered to have engaged in unsportsmanlike conduct and shall be dealt with by Olga’s California Dream 100 or track officials depending on the nature of the infraction. Unsportsmanlike like conduct will result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or suspension of up to one year and/or probation for up to one year from the date of the infraction.
1.5 RESERVED PARTICIPATION RIGHT
RGR Entertainment, LLC, or the Olga’s California Dream 100 reserves the right to refuse to accept the entry of any car or participant. Furthermore, RGR Entertainment, LLC, or the Olga’s California Dream 100 reserves the right to revoke or cancel any entry, or participant’s claimed right to be on the track premises, if it is felt or determined that the participant’s presence or conduct is not in the best interests of the sport of auto racing, the other competitors, the spectators, track management and/or of Olga’s California Dream 100 staff members.
1.7 CONDUCT
1.7.1 Driver Responsibly – The Driver is responsible for the actions of his pit crew in all respects. The driver shall be the sole spokesperson for his/her car owner and pit crew in any and all matters, and must talk with the Chief official in charge regarding their conduct or behavior.
1.7.2 Fighting Any participant directly involved with any fighting or misconduct at any Olga’s California Dream 100, sanctioned event, on the racetrack, in the pits, or on the track premises, at any time, may be fined up to $500.00, may be suspended from all RGR Entertainment, LLC events for two years from the date of infraction and shall forfeit all all prize money and awards earned in the event.
1.7.3 Assault/ Abuse of Officials No participant shall subject any Olga’s California Dream 100 official, track official, track employee or sponsor to any abuse or improper language at any time. Any driver or any participant, who assaults or threatens any Olga’s California Dream 100 official, track official, track employee or sponsor may be suspended for up to two years from the date of infraction and may be fined up to $500.00 and shall forfeit all Olga’s California Dream 100 awards.
1.8 Alcoholic Beverages and controlled substances
Consumption of controlled substances in the pit area, or being under the influence of controlled substances in the pit area is prohibited during an event. An event is considered complete when the final checkered flag of all the scheduled races is flown. If a participant is caught consuming alcoholic beverages in the pit area, or is deemed to be under the influence of alcoholic beverages while in the pit area, before events are complete, he/she shall be immediately ejected from the race track premises and shall be subject to the a mandatory $500.00 fine and a 365 day suspension.
1.12 ILLEGAL PARTS
1.12.1 Illegal parts. Illegal parts shall be any parts or components of a racecar, or any alterations or modifications to any such parts or components, that do not meet the particular Olga’s California Dream 100 rules and specifications of the class in which the racecar is competing.
1.12.2 Illegal. Being illegal consists of any aspect of the racecar, which violates, or results in a violation of any Olga’s California Dream 100 rules or specifications as discovered by Olga’s California Dream 100 staff members and deemed to be illegal by the Pit Steward.
1.12.3 Disallowed if not allowed. If the rules do not specifically allow a part or component, or do not allow specific alterations or modifications to a part or component, then they are disallowed.
1.12.4 Penalty. Except for a specific penalty as otherwise provided, the penalty for illegal parts, or being illegal, as defined above, whether discovered through post race inspection, through tear down, as a result of a protest or in connection with a claim, shall be a $200.00 fine, a suspension of 30 days, and a loss of all accumulated points for the current season.
1.13 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS:
All Olga’s California Dream 100 participants are independent contractors and are not the agents or employees of Olga’s California Dream 100 or any Olga’s California Dream 100 sanctioned race. Olga’s California Dream 100 participants, as independent contractors are solely responsible for preparing their racecars, to perform in Olga’s California Dream 100 racing events, in accordance with the Olga’s California Dream 100 rules and procedures. As independent contractors, Olga’s California Dream 100 participants are solely responsible for compensating their employees, agents, or pit crew members Olga’s California Dream 100 participants, as independent contractors, also assume full responsibility for reporting or filling any reports or tax returns with the appropriate authorities on any earnings or funds received as a result of their participation in Olga’s California Dream 100 sanctioned racing events, including but not limited to, Federal Social Security Taxes, Federal Income taxes, State income taxes, Federal and State withholding taxes, unemployment taxes and workers compensation insurance.
1.14 COMPETITOR AGREEMENT REGARDING RULES
A participant, by competing in a Olga’s California Dream 100 sanctioned racing event, specifically agrees and acknowledges the following:
1.14.1 That he or she is familiar with and understands all of the Olga’s California Dream 100 rules and procedures as set forth in this rulebook.
1.14.2 That by registering for an Olga’s California Dream 100 event, or by participating in a Olga’s California Dream 100 sanctioned racing event, he or she specifically agrees to abide by all of the Olga’s California Dream 100 rules and procedures.
1.14.3 That by entering an Olga’s California Dream 100 sanctioned racing event, a competitor certifies that his or her racecar meets all of the requirements of the Olga’s California Dream 100 rules for participating in a Olga’s California Dream 100 sanctioned racing event.
1.15 FLUID and Tire DISPOSAL
1.15.1 Any tires and hazardous waste oil shall be disposed of in the designated environmental area, or said oil must be removed from the premises by the participant and disposed of following any state and/or federal laws concerning tires and waste oil.
1.15.2 No dumping of tires or dumping or draining of waste oil or gas of any kind on the host facility property will be permitted.
1.15.3 Violators will be fined and/or suspended at the discretion of Olga’s California Dream 100 Pit Steward and/or the hosting facility managers.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL POLICIES

2.1 PREVAILING POLICY
2.1.1 Any disagreements over technical questions or operations will be resolved by Olga’s California Dream 100 core staff. When their decision is rendered, such a decision is final and binding.
2.1.2 Olga’s California Dream 100 or track officials will establish the length, frequency and administration of all events and programs and when their decision is rendered, that decision is final and binding and non-appeal-able.
2.2 REGISTRATION
2.2.1 All participants are expected to have submitted an Olga’s California Dream 100 competitors registration, paid the required fee, have all applicable memberships required in the class in which they are competing and be in good standing.
2.2.2 Olga’s California Dream 100 reserves the right to deny a competitor’s registration.
2.2.3 CAR NUMBERS.
Car numbers will be assigned to the participant that has completed the applicable competitors registration and who’s competing car number has been properly leased, and has not requested a number that has been previously assigned to another participant in the same class. Numbers shall be registered as a 2 digit number with a letter designation. Letter designation is not required to be displayed on the car.
2.2.5 DISPLAY OF SPONSOR DECALS
Contingency sponsor decals must be displayed to receive payouts and awards.
2.3 POST RACE TECH
In all classes, the top three racecars in each Main Event are required to report to the tech area. Any driver required to report to tech, immediately following the qualifying procedure and/or feature events, who:
a. Does not go directly to the tech area, or
b. Avoids going to the tech area, or
c. Does not remain at the tech area until inspected, or
d. Does not meet the requirement for rules being checked
THEN: Shall be disqualified and given no points or awards for that event.
2.4 INSPECTIONS
2.4.1 Timing and Scope of Inspection.
All racecars competing in Olga’s California Dream 100 sanctioned racing events are subject to inspection by Olga’s California Dream 100, or track officials, at any time, and to any extent or degree, as determined by Olga’s California Dream 100 Pit Steward, regarding the specific racecar to be inspected, and timing, scope or extent of any inspection, are final, binding and non-appealable.
2.4.2 Types of Inspections.
2.4.2.1 Minimum Specifications Inspections.
An inspection, usually conducted at the beginning of the racing event, to determine whether a racecar complies with the minimum applicable chassis and body specifications and all safety requirements. Any deficiencies or rule violations discovered must be corrected before the racecar will be allowed to compete in the racing event.
2.4.2.2 Pre-Race Inspection.
An inspection, conducted in advance of a racing event, including a minimum specifications inspection, to determine whether a racecar complies with applicable chassis and body specifications, safety requirements and any other rules or specifications. Any deficiencies or rule violations discovered must be corrected before the race car will be allowed to compete in the racing event.
2.4.2.3 Post Race Inspections.
An inspection, conducted after a racing event, to determine whether a racecar complies with all applicable rules and specifications, for that class of racecar, with the scope and extent of the particular items to be inspected and determined by Olga’s California Dream 100 in their sole discretion.
2.4.3 Effect of Prior Inspection.
The fact that a racecar has passed a minimum specifications inspection, a pre-race inspection or any inspection at another racetrack or event, is no guarantee or assurance that the racecar will pass a post race inspection.
2.4.4 Cooperation of the Driver.
In connection with any type of inspection, the driver must cooperate with Olga’s California Dream 100 to enable officials to conduct or complete an inspection, including removing or disassembling various parts or components.
2.4.5 Refusal or Termination of Inspection.
2.4.5.1 Any driver who refuses to allow a pre-race or minimum specification inspection to be conducted will not be allowed to compete in the racing event.
2.4.5.2 Any driver who refuses to allow a post race inspection, or who terminates an inspection in progress, shall be fined $500.00, suspended for 365 days, lose all payouts and awards for that event.
2.6 PIT PASS
2.6.1 Each person entering the pit area will be required to read and sign the WAIVER/RELEASE FORM to acquire a pit pass from the hosting facility.
2.6.2 Any Person found to be in a restricted area without a pit pass will be removed from the restricted area until they have received the proper credentials. Any person found to violate this policy a second time, will be banned from participation in Olga’s California Dream 100 Events for 365 days and will be trespassed.
2.6.3 Any participant (drivers and crew members) under the age of 18, must be supervised by a parent or guardian and the MINOR RELEASE FORM must be complete and signed by all persons involved. Back gate employee(s) shall receive a completed and dated form for each minor the parent or guardian wishes to be admitted to the restricted/or pit area. Parent or guardian is responsible for the well being of said minor while in the restricted pit area. PROOF OF AGE IS REQUIRED….NO EXCEPTIONS.
SECTION 3 – RACING RULES & PROCEDURES

3.1 SAFETY & EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT.
Medical first responders and adequate fire-fighting equipment must be present at the track before cars will be permitted on the track for warm-ups or competition at Olga’s California Dream 100 sanctioned meets or events.
3.2 POSITIONS
3.2.1 Cars will be in their starting positions within (3) minutes from the time the race is called.
3.2.2 Any car not staged and lined up and ready for the event on deck shall start at the rear of the field at Lineup Official and Race Director’s discretion, repeat offenders may be held from entering the event.
3.3 STARTS
3.3.1 All races will be rolling starts. The pole car has the dress when pace car is not on the track, as directed by the starter. No more than two false starts will be allowed. After the second false start, the offender, if any, will be pulled out of line and placed in the last position for the start of that race. The starter’s decision determines the offender(s).
3.3.2 One “no fault” restart may be allowed. Any car that goes to the pits during a “no fault” will start at the rear
3.3.3 Cars must hold their position until the green flag is thrown. No passing on the left at the green flag until the start finish line is crossed. Passing on the left prior to the green is determined when any portion of the rear car is beside or in front of any portion of the forward car.
3.4 RESTARTS
3.4.1 In the event of a restart on the first lap, cars will line up as they were on the start. On any other restart after the first lap cars will be doubled up in the order they crossed the finish line at the last completed green flag lap.
3.5 IMPROPER DRIVING.
For offenses of rough driving, cutting markers, unnecessary or excessive bumping, crowding, chopping, and other related offenses like unapproved 3 wide maneuvers, or being involved in excessive cautions, the driver may be penalized one or more positions. Any position penalties not served during a yellow flag period of the race shall be assessed on the final finish order. Participants may be black flagged and/or suspended as to the severity of the offense, as determined by Olga’s California Dream 100 Race Director.
3.6 FINISH
3.6.1 Cars receiving the initial or official green flag will receive awards. If a competitor fails to start at the initial or official green flag, they may be allowed to start laps down at the first available yellow flag in the scratch position, at Race Directors discretion.
3.6.2 FINISHING ORDER WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE TRACK’S ELECTRONIC SCORING SYSTEM WHENEVER POSSIBLE. Official Finishing Order will account for any unassessed penalties, scoring discrepancies, and may differ from the electronic scoring system results.
3.7 HAZARDS.
No car will be started or permitted to continue in competition, if in the opinion of Olga’s California Dream 100 staff, it is a hazard to the other cars in the event.
3.8 REPAIRS.
Pit Road repairs during red flags are approved if a car is already in the pits when red is displayed, or when pushed or towed to pits, cars may not enter pits under their own power during a red flag unless directed to the Pit by The Race Director or Safety Crews.
3.9 DRIVER CHANGES. Driver changes are not permitted post qualifying.
3.10 FLAG RULES / Track Conditions. The starter, in communication with the drivers in a race, shall employ signal in accordance with the following codes:
3.10.1 GREEN FLAG- When dropped, the track is green to the right. No passing on the left, even under green flag, until the start finish line is crossed. A car is considered as passing when any portion of the rear car is beside or in front of any portion of the forward car.
3.10.2 YELLOW FLAG– Caution. Accident or unfavorable conditions ahead. A yellow flag displayed by the starter means hold position, and slow to a pace speed in a safe manner. Yellow flag lap will not be scored (*with the exception of extenuating circumstances). Race leader will maintain a slow, safe pace during caution laps if not picked up by the pace car. Leader must maintain the same speed as the pace car. DO NOT CROWD THE PACE CAR. The pace car will speed up and exit when the starter displays the one to go signal.
3.10.2.1 Any car going to the pits under yellow will start at the rear of the field in the inside lane only. Any car entering the pit area for repairs or service will be expected to rejoin the field prior to the “one to go” signal.
3.10.2.2 Any car involved in the initial contact or any other initial action that results in the yellow flag will start at the end of the field in the inside lane only. If the yellow flag is given after the leader has taken the white flag, then the field will race to the checkered flag.
3.10.2.1 Any car that has been charged with 2 cautions in a heat race or 3 cautions in a main event may be black flagged.
3.11 RED FLAG
3.11.3.1 Stop, the race is halted, upon observing the red flag drivers will bring their cars to an immediate, controlled, safe stop, on the apron if possible. Participants may subsequently drive to the pits ONLY at direction from Race Control or the Safety Crew. Participants must restart at the back of the pack when returning from the pits to the line-up.
3.11.3.2 Lineup will be determined by the previous green flag lap. If the red is thrown after a yellow flag the line up will be determined by the previous green flag lap.
3.11.3.3 If the red flag comes out after the leader has taken the white flag, the finish of the race will be determined by the previous green flag lap.
3.11.4 BLACK FLAG
3.11.4.1 Remove your car from the track on the next lap. The car will not be scored if it does not exit on the next lap. Cars that are black flagged due to a mechanical issue may repair the issue and reenter the track at the discretion of the pit steward.
3.11.4.2 Any rolled flag pointed at a driver is a warning of improper driving and pending penalty or black flag if the situation is not corrected.
3.11.5 ROYAL BLUE W/ DIAGONAL YELLOW STRIPE FLAG
3.11.5.1 If displayed during a caution on the initial start, means; the race is being restarted. Participants are to reduce speed and realign their cars in the proper order for the restart. 6.11.5.2 If displayed during green flag conditions means; to hold your position, do not make any erratic moves as the leader or leaders are coming up to put you a lap(s) down.
3.11.6 WHITE FLAG- Denotes the beginning of the last lap of the race.
6.11.7 YELLOW/CHECKERED- If the yellow flag is given after the leader has taken the white flag, then the field will be scored at the checkered flag.
3.11.7 CHECKERED FLAG- Denotes the end of the race.
3.11.8 Participants will obey all flags when they are displayed the first time.
3.12 AUTHORIZED VEHICLES. Only authorized vehicles and racecars will be allowed in the pit area. Please refer to the hosting track’s rules for each event. This applies to electric scooters, bikes, 4 wheelers, golf carts, etc, and to personal vehicles, haulers, and tow vehicles.
3.13 SMOKE AND SPILLAGE. Any car observed to be smoking excessively or which is observed to be spilling fluids on the track may be black flagged immediately.
3.14 PIT EXTINGUISHERS. A minimum 3 lb fire extinguisher must be in each participant’s pit area at all times. Participants must provide one extinguisher for each car entered in the Olga’s California Dream 100 sanctioned event.
3.15 PARTICIPANT. Drivers shall stay in their car at all times while the car is on the track, unless the participant’s safety is in danger or approval to exit is given by a track official.
3.16 ADDITIONAL FINES- levied by official Olga’s California Dream 100 staff will be payable to RGR Entertainment, LLC. Un-paid fines will subject the offender to revocation of pit pass privileges until paid. All fines for any violation are adjustable and executable by the Olga’s California Dream 100 Race Director and/or Pit Steward.
3.16.1 $100.00 fine may be assessed to any participant using excessive speed in the pit area.
3.16.2 $100.00 fine may be assessed to any participant or crewmember for riding on a car or trailer while in motion.
3.16.3 $100.00 fine for parking in unauthorized areas.
3.16.4 $100.00 fine for abusive language toward any Track Official, Safety Crew, Olga’s California Dream 100 staff member, employee, competitor or participant.
3.17 RACE CONTROL. All drivers must be tuned to race control prior to entering the track during the final practice and for competition.
SECTION 4 – 2026 Car Specifications

4.1 QUALIFYING MODELS
4.1.1 Competition will be open to American and foreign highway use factory production vehicles, 106” stock wheelbase or less. Compact Trucks permitted.
4.1.2 No turbos, blowers or supercharged engines allowed.
4.1.3 Convertibles, roadsters, four-wheel drive or four-wheel steering vehicles, and mid-engine cars, are not permitted.
4.1.4 Aftermarket aluminum cylinder heads are not allowed.
4.2 Engine Size / Weights
4.2.1 4 Cylinder Engines Max displacement – 2650c.c.
4.2.2 All cars will weigh a Minimum 2100lbs
4.2.3 Final Weight Calculation shall be according to the weight declaration form attached.
4.3 FUEL INJECTION ENGINES
4.3.1 Fuel injection must be stock for year, make and model. Modifications allowed. OEM or aftermarket ECU allowed.
4.3.2 Fuel mapping, timing, delete sensors, etc. may be modified.
4.3.3 Aftermarket air box allowed.
4.3.4 No complete standalone fuel injection systems allowed.
4.4 Carbureted ENGINES
4.4.1 Any single two-barrel carburetor allowed. Multiple carburetors disallowed.
4.4.2 0c.c. to 2457c.c. – Maximum 500 CFM
4.4.3 2457c.c. to 2650c.c. – Must run a Holley 350 cfm carburetor, part number 7448.
4.4.5 Air cooled Volkswagen may use any carburetor up to 650 cfm.
4.4.6 Choke horn may be removed
4.4.7 Air cleaner / filter mandatory at all times.
4.4.8 Throttle must have two return springs.
4.4.9 Carburetor adapter: Maximum 2 1⁄4” allowed between mounting surface of carburetor and intake.
4.5 Roll Cage
4.5.1 Full roll cage of 1 1⁄2” x .095” steel seamless tubing or larger required. All specifications are subject to tech.
4.5.2 Minimum three crash bars on the driver’s side, two on passenger side. Driver side bars must extend into driver’s door cavity and touch door skin; at least one bar must extend into passenger side door cavity.
4.5.3 Offset roll cages. Must be approved by tech.
4.5.4 Plated door bars highly recommended
4.5.5 Front hoop recommended.
4.6 FRAME
4.6.1 Original frame rails required. No lightning. May be reinforced.
4.6.2 Any engine in any chassis or body
4.6.3 Rear firewall with minimum 20-gauge steel is required between driver’s compartment and the fuel tank.
4.6.4 Fender wells may be removed. Strut towers may be mounted to cage.
4.6.5 Floor pan and fire wall right of the tunnel may be removed. Tunneling allowed. Subject to tech approval
4.7 Bodies / Bumpers / Glass
4.7.1 All cars must have complete stock appearing bodies, Stock steel, aluminum and fiberglass body parts are permitted. Aftermarket nose and tail piece as well as reduced in size late model bodies are permitted. Dirt style bodies must be approved by tech.
4.7.2 Any race car body on any chassis is permitted. Please remember this is an internationally televised race so make sure your car looks its best.
4.7.3 Doors must be stock appearing; may be made of aluminum. All doors must be securely fastened.
4.7.4 Hood may be lightened and trimmed to allow aftermarket nosepiece. Fiberglass replacement hood ok.
4.7.5 Fenders may be altered for clearance only, Fiberglass formed fenders ok.
4.7.6 Side skirts, air dams, front and rear spoilers allowed,
4.7.7 One 8″ tall rear spoiler allowed. Must be mounted past the rear tires and not protrude farther back than the outermost edge of the bumper. Must not exceed the width of the body.
4.7.8 All cars are to be brightly painted with contrasting colors. Cars must be maintained in a neat appearance. Car numbers must be on both sides of the car and on the roof. Side and roof numbers must be at least twenty (20) inches tall with a three (3) inch stroke per number. Four (4) inch min height numbers must be placed on the upper right corner of the windshield. NO TEMPORARY NUMBERS (DUCT TAPE).
4.7.9 Bumpers cannot extend past body lines and if aftermarket nose & tail are used, they are to be mounted under the cover(s).
4.7.10 Side nerf bars allowed. Must extend past the outer edge of tires and have NO Sharp edges.
4.7.11 Full or Half front windshield required MAY BE WIRE MESH subject to tech approval.
4.7.12 Lexan windshield allowed must have center supports and be securely mounted.
4.7.13 Side windows and rear windows permitted but optional
4.7.14 Passenger side door window must be open for safety personnel; driver’s side window must also be open enough for driver removal if needed.
4.8 SUSPENSION
4.8.1 No travel limiting devices of any kind.
4.8.2 All suspension must be OEM/ Must be per manufacturer make and model.
4.8.3 No Quick-change rear ends permitted.
4.8.4 Reinforcing of strut towers allowed.
4.8.5 Springs optional: must be per manufacturer type (i.e., leaf, coil etc.) for make, model and year.
4.8.6 Weight jacks and adjustable sleeves allowed. Coil-over springs allowed.
4.8.7 Sway bars optional, one piece only.
4.8.8 Spindles and/or steering knuckles Himes are allowed or direct replacement.
4.8.9 Control arms: OEM replacement or aftermarket allowed. Must be mounted in stock location. Mounts may be slotted, adjustable and/or heavy duty
4.8.10 Steel shocks allowed. Struts may be steel body OEM or replacement. Like KYB, Monroe or QA1
Pan hard bar allowed. May be adjustable.

4.9 Electrical System
4.9.1 Must have a working starter.
4.9.2 Crank trigger ignition allowed.
4.9.3 A master on/off switch must be accessible from the outside of the race car and must be clearly labeled.
4.9.4 Battery must be mounted securely in an approved battery box.
4.9.5 No timing may not be adjustable while on the racing surface.
4.9.6 No magnetos allowed.
4.9.7 Aftermarket distributors and MSD units allowed.
4.9.8 Only one ignition coil allowed unless OEM.
4.10 EXHAUST
4.10.1 Mufflers are mandatory
4.10.2 Any exhaust system mounted through car must protect the driver from heat and fumes in a clean, safe manner. Subject to tech approval.
4.10.3 Maximum noise level is 95 DBA at 100 feet.
4.10.4 Exhaust must extend behind driver and exit outside of car
4.11 TRANSMISSION
4.11.1 OEM standard for make, adapters allowed.
4.11.2 Must have working first and reverse gear
4.11.3 Scatter shield mandatory. 1⁄4” steel or approved blanket with 180-degree coverage.
4.11.4 Starter mounting position must remain in stock location.

4.12 Fuel Tank / Cell and Fuel
4.12.1 Pump Gasoline, E85 or 110 Sunoco allowed. No methanol or exotic fuels of any kind.
4.12.2 Electric fuel pumps allowed. If mounted in rear area, pump must be protected by a skid plate.
4.12.3 Oil pressure shut off override mandatory with electric fuel pump.
4.12.4 Fuel tank or fuel cell must be moved into trunk and be securely fastened in a safe manner as close to the firewall as possible, equal distance between frame rails. Tanks in front of the rear axle are permitted. All tanks must be approved by tech.
4.12.5 No aluminum fuel tanks, cells, or lines.
4.12.6 Maximum fuel capacity of 15 U.S. Gallons.
4.12.7 No connections allowed inside the driver’s area. Steel braided line highly recommended.
4.12.8 Fuel cell must have a ground wire.
4.12.9 When mounting a fuel cell or tank through trunk floor, an additional container of minimum 20- gauge steel must be used. 1” square tubing frame must be welded to the frame rails only and extend under the fuel cell container and not beyond the rear frame cross member. 8″ minimum ground clearance.
4.13 WHEELS / BRAKES
4.13.1 All cars must have four-wheel brakes in operating condition. Tilton style dual master cylinder with brake bias allowed. A maximum of one proportioning valve on each car.
4.13.2 Rotors may be aftermarket.
4.13.3 Tethered Hubs highly recommended
4.13.4 8″ Maximum wide steel wheel. Any other wheel must be approved by tech.
4.13.5 Wheels / Tires can protrude 3″ max beyond the body lines
4.14 COOLING SYSTEM
4.14.1 Cars must carry an approved catch can or overflow tank; cannot be mounted in the driver’s compartment.
4.14.2 Catch can vent hose must attach to right corner of windshield.
4.14.3 No antifreeze or ethylene glycol coolants allowed.
4.15 INTAKE
Modification allowed, aftermarket allowed, adapters allowed
4.16 OILING SYSTEMS
4.16.1 No dry sump systems
4.16.2 Remote oil filters allowed

5.1 All drivers must have a one- or two-piece fire-resistant race suit, fire resistant race gloves, and fire-resistant race shoes
5.2 All drivers are required to use one-way radios (scanners / raceceivers) and must always receive race control broadcasts
5.2.1 Two way communication devices (crew to driver, crew to crew, etc. ) are strictly prohibited.
5.2.2Violation shall result in an immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize and payouts, reguardless of finishing position.
5.3 All drivers must use a Snell approved SA-2015 or newer full face race helmet.
5.4 It is strongly recommended that all drivers use a type of head and neck restraint system.
5.5 Tech approved racing seats required. NO homemade seats. A containment seat is highly recommended. Seats must be securely mounted – subject to tech approval.
5.6 Transponders must be mounted 11 inches behind the center line between; rear hubs (FWD); or rear Axle housing (RWD).
5.7 Seat Belts must be a 5-point system with a min. 3″ lap belt and a submarine strap. 2015 or newer.
5.8 Window Net must be the ribbon style NO Fish Net style 2015 or newer
5.9 It is mandatory for all cars to carry a fire extinguisher in the race car. It’s highly recommended a fire suppression system be installed.
5.10 All teams must have a minimum of 5lb fire extinguisher in their pit.
5.11 It is not our responsibility for the effectiveness of any personal safety equipment. Each competitor is solely responsible for the effectiveness of all personal safety equipment used. Each competitor is expected to investigate and educate himself/herself fully in respect to the availability and effectiveness of personal safety equipment.
5.12 All participants are required to adhere to the safety rules of hosting tracks.
5.12.1 All crew members must have long pants and closed toe shoes on in the Madera Speedway infield pit aera. We will be re-fueling at the 50-lap break, so it is strongly recommended that during race conditions, any crew member that steps into the car servicing area or is involved in fueling of the car be protected by fire resistant clothing and/or equipment that effectively cover the body, including helmet.
