The Launch of the Mini Mods of Idaho
In our introductory series, OLGA’S CALIFORNIA DREAM 100 are excited to present the newly formed Mini Mods of Idaho. This innovative class was established by racers, for racers, with Mr. Eddie Griffith leading the way, supported by his good friends Darrel Peterson and Josh Fanopoulos.
A Class Created by Racers, for Racers
The vision behind this class is rooted in the racing community itself. Eddie Griffith, along with Darrel Peterson and Josh Fanopoulos, has taken the initiative to create a racing experience that is both engaging and competitive. Their collective goal is clear: to make racing enjoyable and challenging for all participants. As Griffith states, “Our goal is simple: to make racing fun and competitive for everyone involved and this is the class that can do it.”
2026 Schedule and Exciting Opportunities
The tentative schedule for 2026 has already been set, with the inaugural race planned for May 9th at the series’ home track, Meridian Speedway. The stakes are high for this first-ever event, with the winner not only earning the distinction of being the inaugural champion in this thrilling new four-cylinder motorsport class but also taking home a prize of $1,000.00.
Membership and Community Involvement
Early bird memberships are now available and will remain open until February 15. This is a great opportunity for racers to secure their spot and save money on registration. Those interested are encouraged to contact the Mini Mods of Idaho as soon as possible to take advantage of this offer.
