JSR’s Continued Commitment to Women in Racing
John Soares, owner of John Soares Racing based in Bullhead City, AZ, has renewed his sponsorship package, once again placing the spotlight on the talented Pro Mini Stock Ladies. Last year marked a significant milestone as five female drivers participated, and for the first time ever, two women qualified for the prestigious Olga’s Dream 100 based on their timed runs. Ashley Bell from Minnesota and Leilani Sprinkel, a regular at Stockton 99 Speedway, made history with their outstanding performances. Additionally, Stephine Zebell secured her spot in the Dream 100 by winning her 25-lap Dream Dual.
New Opportunities and Events for 2026
Building on this success, the expanded sponsorship from JSR will help introduce an exciting new event: the All-Lady Trophy Dash. This four-lap race will give female drivers a chance to compete for bonus cash and the coveted bragging rights that come with victory.
Special Awards and Recognitions
In addition to the Trophy Dash, organizers are actively seeking sponsors for two special cash prizes: one for the “Fastest Lady” and another for the “Highest Placing Lady.” Updates regarding these sponsorships will be shared as soon as they are confirmed.
Award Presentations
Mirinda Davis, Director of Awards, is coordinating plans for John Soares and his girlfriend Micheal to present the awards at the start/finish line, adding a special touch to the event’s ceremonies.
Appreciation for Longstanding Support
Sincere thanks go out to John Soares for his many years of friendship and unwavering support of the Dream weekend, helping to foster growth and recognition for women in racing.
